The brief: Create a print ad for Prevent Child Abuse America. This piece was the entry my art director and I submitted for the USA Today Cannes Young Lions Competition in…eesh…2003? Dang, that was ages ago. But I remember the trip to Cannes like…OK…I don’t remember a TON about the trip to Cannes. Except that it was the most inspirational event in my young career, and the Gutter Bar makes an insane croque monsieur. I am still proud of this idea, and the clarity of the writing. Nice one, young me.
